Share Your Story
Are you a college student who’s been through something hard and come out the other side with insight, growth, or just a little more understanding?
Have you struggled with stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma along the way?
We have opportunities for you to share your story.
There are two ways to share:
Option 1: Be Our Guest On YouTube
Join me (a psychologist who works with students) for a fun, relaxed, and meaningful conversation on our YouTube channel.
The channel focuses on mental health for college students, and the purpose of these conversations is to give people hope and help them see they’re not alone.
We’ll talk about what you’ve been through, what helped you get through it, and what you wish you knew when you were younger.
Option 2: Submit Your Own Video
Prefer to share your story in your own way and on your own time?
You can upload a video that we may feature on our channel or website (with your permission, of course).
Although we can’t publish every video we receive, every video submission is carefully considered.
Whether you want to be our guest or submit your own video, we’re honored to hear your story.
“Our conversation truly made a difference in my perspective… I was able to revisit those moments in a way that felt healing and fun rather than painful. One of the things I truly appreciate about your approach is how naturally you create a space where people feel safe enough to open up, I noticed that often occurring after viewing the other episodes… Your ability to guide conversations with empathy and depth makes all the difference. You don’t just ask questions, you create an environment where thoughts and emotions unfold naturally. I can imagine that many others who have joined your channel have felt the same way, and I just wanted to express my gratitude for that. It was very wonderful!” – Tasnim
“Thank you so much for letting me be a guest on the channel! I had a wonderful time having a genuine conversation. I can’t wait for the video to be published, and I’m very excited to share it.” – Olivia
