In One Month, Your College Student Can Move Forward With Their Next Steps
Your student can access tools, skills, strategies, and support for anxiety so they can live a normal, typical life and protect and provide for themselves–even when you’re not around.
SOUND FAMILIAR?
You’re Feeling Helpless And Ill-equipped To Make It Better Or Fix It
Your college student is struggling–and you can see it, whether they admit it or not.
Maybe they’re:
- skipping classes because walking into a classroom triggers panic
- eating alone in their room because the cafeteria feels too overwhelming
- avoiding social events even though they desperately want friends
- contacting you multiple times a day or shutting down and not communicating
- talking about dropping out, transferring to another school, or coming home
You’re watching them miss out on the college experience they should be having.
The friendships. The opportunities. The hope, discovery, and growth.
Instead, stress and anxiety are holding them back.
AND YOU’RE LEFT WONDERING…
“How Do I Help Them?”
You might be asking:
- “Why is this happening, and why now?”
- “Is this normal behavior for their age, or is it something more serious?”
- “When do I push? When do I not push?”
- “How can I support in a way that will be helpful and not harmful?”
- “How long do we wait before this becomes a bigger problem?”
- “Is this going to get worse, become harder to manage, or lead them to give up or reach a breaking point?”
- “How will they protect and provide for themselves–especially when I’m not around?”
Here’s what I need you to know:
This is not your fault. You didn’t cause this. You are NOT a failure as a parent.
But waiting and hoping it gets better on its own? That rarely works.
Anxiety doesn’t improve with time—it gets more entrenched with every class skipped, every social invitation declined, every opportunity avoided.
Ready To Help Your Student Move Forward?
College should be a time of hope, discovery, and growth.
Anxiety should not be a main character in any student’s story.
THERE IS HOPE
The Good News: Your Student Can Move Forward
Here’s what I know after working with hundreds of college students:
Anxiety is a solvable problem. Your student doesn’t need to spend their college years struggling.
With the right tools, skills, strategies, and support from people who understand—they can:
- attend classes and complete assignments without so much stress
- form friendships with their people
- develop a toolbox of coping tools to manage their anxiety in a way that works uniquely for them
- learn to self-regulate so the anxiety decreases and they can take the next steps they need to be okay
- reflect on their self-talk and make choices about their emotions, rather than being controlled by their emotions
- work through challenges that arise in their friendships, education, job, or career
- be the best version of themselves and do the normal, typical things that other students their age are doing
The research is clear: there are specific, evidence-based skills that help anxiety.
These aren’t mysterious. They’re practical, teachable, and can be learned with the right guidance.
The question isn’t whether your student can overcome anxiety.
The question is: Will they get the tools and support they need before more time passes?

HI, I’M DR. PARKE
You Don’t Need To Do This Alone

I’m a psychologist who specializes in serving teens and college students.
I trained at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Since 2005, I’ve spent thousands of hours directly serving youth as their therapist.
I also have 10 years of teaching experience as a psychology professor, so I understand the college/university system. I’ve also practiced how to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.
One of the greatest joys of my life has been watching students:
- Face fears and get outside their comfort zone
- Build friendships with their people
- Transform in ways they never believed possible
I’ve experienced profound transformation in my own life, which is why I carry unwavering hope that anyone can transform, too.
During the COVID pandemic, I started dreaming about how to make evidence-based anxiety tools accessible to more students—outside the traditional therapy system with its long waiting lists, high costs, and limited availability. That’s how Peace To The People was born.
I combined my clinical expertise, teaching experience, and deep understanding of college student life to create a program that actually works for busy, anxious students.
Your student can access the tools, skills, strategies, and support they need to move forward with their next steps–even when you’re not around.
All they need to do is follow a step-by-step path. Click below to enroll now.

Thank you very much for your Peace To The People program. I was feeling a bit helpless as to how to help my two teens who have been struggling with anxiety.
I found all of it useful, but perhaps Step 4: Breaking the Cycle was the most helpful for me to learn about exposure.
Now I’m more aware of what’s going on for my teens and strategies that can help them. It’s a big relief to have some tools 😊
I think delivering your program in this way is fantastic!

HOW IS THIS UNIQUE?
Here’s What Makes Peace To The People Different
01
It’s Designed Specifically For College Students
This isn’t generic anxiety advice. Every lesson, exercise, and example is tailored to the unique pressures of college life:
- Academic stress and test anxiety
- Social anxiety and making friends
- Performance anxiety and presentations
- Future uncertainty and career pressure
Your student will see themselves in the content—which means they’ll actually engage with it.
02
The Peer Community Changes Everything
Here’s what most other approaches miss: accountability and connection throughout the week. Your student won’t be learning alone. They’ll be part of a private community of other college students who:
- Understand what they’re going through
- Share their wins and challenges
- Hold each other accountable
- Become study buddies and friends
- Celebrate progress together
When your student sees other students their age showing up, making progress, and supporting each other—they feel encouraged.
Social accountability is powerful. And for college students, having peers who “get it” is often more motivating than anything a parent could do or say.
03
Professional Guidance, Personalized To Your Family
Enrollment includes a one-hour private coaching call with me—a psychologist who specializes in college students. This call can include only your student, only you as a parent(s), or everyone together.
During this call, we’ll:
- Clarify your student’s specific challenges
- Identify what’s holding them back
- Strategize together about what might help them move forward
This isn’t one-size-fits-all. This is real, personalized support from a psychologist who has spent thousands of hours helping students over two decades.
04
Self-paced Structure For Busy Students
No fixed schedule, recurring Zoom calls, or appointment hassles. No pressure.
Your student can:
- Watch bite-sized lessons between classes, in the evening, or on weekends
- Complete exercises in real-time if anxiety keeps them awake at night
- Go at their own pace during busy exam weeks
- Revisit the curriculum whenever they need a refresher
The flexibility makes it actually doable for overwhelmed students–without adding any stress.
05
Evidence-based Strategies That Actually Work
This program teaches effective, long-term strategies in a student-friendly way:
- Psychoeducation (understanding anxiety’s roots and fruits)
- Coping tools (self-regulation for our body and emotions)
- Cognitive restructuring (changing negative self-talk)
- Exposure therapy (structured practice of getting outside our comfort zone)
These aren’t trendy techniques. They’re based on decades of clinical research. And more importantly? They work.
Here’s Exactly What Your Student Gets
▶️ One-month, Self-paced Curriculum

You’ll get 65 video lessons (4+ hours of teaching) broken into bite-sized videos (5 minutes or less).
Step 1 — Understanding Anxiety

Your student will learn accurate, evidence-based information about anxiety so that they can have clarity and communicate about their own experiences.
This means they will experience less shame, self-blame, confusion, shut-down, or helplessness. They’ll understand that anxiety is not their identity, nor is it their destiny.
Step 2 — Emotions and Body

Your student will learn awareness of a wide variety of emotions and bodily sensations so they can self-regulate and feel comfortable in their own body.
They’ll build a toolbox of coping tools so they don’t have to meltdown, have angry outbursts, or feel like nothing helps. They will be in control of managing the anxiety, rather than having anxiety control them.
Step 3 — Thoughts

Your student will learn about their thoughts so they can change their self-talk. This means they’ll have less negative self-talk, black-and-white thinking, perfectionism, jumping to the worst conclusion, thinking they’re not good enough, or other negative thinking patterns.
Instead, they’ll be able to discover a perspective that is accurate as well as helpful.
Step 4 — Breaking the Cycle

Your student will learn how to practice exposure so that they get outside their comfort zone, start saying yes to more opportunities, and gain confidence.
They’ll be less likely to give up, be held back, or avoid hard things as the weeks, months, or years pass them by. Instead, they’ll be ready to move forward and take their next steps in life.
🎁 Bonuses

Your kid will learn about the specific types of anxiety to help discern what type(s) of anxiety they might be struggling with.
There’s also a bonus section for parents where I teach some tips about how to be a guide for your kid.
You play such a crucial role in the life of your kid, so these tips teach you how to come alongside and support them on this journey.
📚 4 Workbooks For Active, Personalized Learning

The program includes 4 digital workbooks (177 pages total) so your student’s learning will be an active process.
Every student is different. If they use the optional workbooks, they’ll be guided to discover solutions that work uniquely for them, so their learning will be personalized and put into practice.
🧶 6 Months Of Peer Community Access

This is a private online space where your student can:
- connect with other students facing similar challenges
- share wins and struggles
- find friends and study buddies
- stay accountable
- make consistent progress
Knowing that they’re not alone–and having peers who are there for them–can make a tremendous positive difference in your student’s life.

What’s The Investment?
Help Your Student Manage Anxiety, Live A Normal Life, And Move Forward

What Anxiety Costs If You Do Nothing
Lost tuition from dropped classes: If your student drops even one 3-unit class per semester after the add-drop deadline, that’s $1,500–$3,000+ lost, depending on your school. Over four years? That adds up fast.
Extra semesters from falling behind: An extra semester costs $15,000–$30,000+ in tuition alone, plus delayed entry into the workforce.
Private therapy: Quality therapy costs $150–$250 per session out-of-pocket. Weekly sessions for one semester = $2,400–$4,000. And most students need more than one semester.
Campus counseling limitations: Usually offers only 4–8 sessions with long waitlists. Not enough for lasting change.
Opportunities lost: Study abroad not pursued. Internships not applied for. Leadership positions avoided. Friendships never formed. These shape their future.
Anxiety that follows them after graduation: If they don’t learn to manage it now, it affects their career, relationships, and quality of life for decades.
In Peace To The People, Your Student Will…
- Learn evidence-based tools for anxiety, taught by a psychologist specializing in college students
- Connect with a safe, private community of their peers who understand and encourage them
- Benefit from personalized, professional guidance in a coaching call
…all from the comfort of their room, going at their own pace.
They’ll benefit from this skill-building approach regardless of whether they’ve been able to access therapy or medication, for a fraction of what those cost over time.
