Help Your Student Move Forward In Their Education, Friendships, And Future

One month from now, your kid can have better coping tools for managing their anxiety.

They can learn practical, evidence-based tools online—at their own pace–so they can:

  • find friends who are their people instead of isolating
  • do the normal, typical things that other kids their age are doing
  • work through challenges and get outside their comfort zone instead of being caged in by anxiety
  • enjoy social events, play sports, or perform music or theater
  • present in front of people for their classes or job

Your kid can complete the next step of their education in a way that feels good to them. They can learn skills to protect and provide for themselves, even when you’re not around.

We teach these tools, skills, and strategies in our signature anxiety program for youth. To see whether this is a good fit for your kid, get the free training now.

Hi, I’m Dr. Parke!

Dr. Parke

I’m a psychologist who specializes in serving college students.

I trained at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. Since 2005, I’ve spent thousands of hours directly serving youth as their therapist. I also have 10 years of teaching experience as a psychology professor.

One of the supreme joys of my life has been seeing students experience healing, step outside their comfort zone, and transform in a way that they never thought possible.

Because I’ve experienced profound transformation in my own life, I always carry an unwavering hope that anybody can experience profound transformation, too.

During the years of the COVID pandemic, I started to dream about how I could combine my clinical expertise and teaching experience to make anxiety tools more broadly accessible to families, outside the mental health system.

Your kid can develop the tools, skills, and strategies they need to move forward with the next steps in their education, friendships, and future.
